Three-Season Screened Porch – The spacious area surrounded by porch conversion windows, vaulted ceilings, and custom barn wood beams includes a gas fireplace, with a television above, and plenty of seating. The porch conversion windows allow for screen only or retractable windowpanes during inclement weather.

Decking – Composite decking was used for its durability and relatively maintenance-free application in addition to applying heavy insect netting below the deck gaps to provide further insect protection. Thin profile aluminum railings and handrail were used around the outdoor perimeter of the three-season room to minimize maintenance and to reduce view obstruction.

Dedicated Bathroom – A bathroom is conveniently situated near the seating area, bar, and existing outdoor pool as it also serves as a place for guests to change. The bathroom features a stone sink and a reclaimed barn wood door.

Wet Bar – The wet bar includes a front bar seating area, making it a convenient place to gather. Pendant lighting was selected to accentuate the natural reclaimed barn wood used on the walls of the bar area. 

Ultimate Entertaining –  The family desired an indoor entertainment area including a wet bar, media area, bathroom, gas fireplace, and seating for guests directly accessible from the indoor basketball/pickleball court, and the outdoor pool. It’s the perfect place to host gatherings, both large and small.
