OUR DESiGN & CONSTRUCTION PROCESS

CONSULTATION

To successfully design a new home, our team of experts dives in to get to know you and your vision. We’re here to help you understand and enjoy the home building process, from our very first meeting to the completion of your project. Or, if you’re interested in purchasing an existing model home or ready home, we can help with that, too.

Only when you’re completely comfortable with our process and the team involved does our work begin. Your peace of mind is our goal!

SITE VISIT

For the site visit, you’ll join our team as we survey your project site to make decisions together about overall layout, view selection, and land utilization for maximized beauty and functionality. Our passion and strength lie in our ability to build homes that truly reflect you.

This is an exciting time as you begin to imagine your home filling the lot you’ve chosen! If you haven’t found the right lot yet, we’ll help you select the ideal location for your new home.

DESIGN

Your new home is now ready to make its first appearance on paper. Based on your vision and the knowledge we gleaned from the site visit, our designers will create the first draft of the floor plan.

We’ll then convert the plan into a fully detailed, 3D rendering, complete with exterior and interior amenities. Together, we will work through the details of your plan and fine-tune the proposal until it’s completed to your satisfaction.

CONTRACT

Once you approve the final plans for your new home, a building contract is signed. Our team is available throughout the entire process to discuss all details, including pricing and estimated time for completion. Our role is to make sure that the building process runs as planned.

BUILDING

Your new home is starting to take shape, and your dream is becoming a reality. Through the building process, we will meet together frequently to discuss the developments at each stage.

Whether it’s the framing or the installation of interior finishes, we will guide you through each step of the process so you’re able to enjoy the experience of your dream coming to life before your eyes.

COMPLETION

If you’re bidding your current home farewell, you can depend on the Espire Home Selling Team to help you maximize the value of your sale and coordinate your closing timelines.

It’s now time for you to move into your beautiful new home! Together, we will walk through your finished project to ensure that everything is just as we planned.
