Lower Level entertainment space transformation
If you made a checklist of the most desired features of a family’s lower level, this project covers them all! We turned this unfinished lower level into an exquisite gathering space for family and friends complete with a dry bar, kitchen, exercise room, and a three-fixture bathroom.

Entertainment Space – The entertainment area includes a dry bar with plenty of space to serve up your favorite drinks. You’ll also find a beautiful tile backsplash with gold accents complementing the gold cabinet hardware, counter space, and a recessed mini-fridge. Relax around the gas fireplace with a television mounted above, perfect for game days and movie nights. The floating shelves and built-in cabinets on either side of the fireplace provide additional storage and space for décor. The double-hung window allows natural light into the space, allowing you to forget you’re in the lower level.
Kitchen – Completing the entertainment space behind the seating area, is a kitchen including a full-size refrigerator, double oven, dishwasher, and farm sink. The cabinet and counter space are maximized for serving family and guests including an island for charcuteries galore. Gold wall sconces complement the gold faucet and cabinet hardware.
Bathroom – The quartz floating vanity with wall-mounted gold faucet and gold wall sconces continues the classic elegance found throughout the additional living space. Heavy glass was used for the shower walls and door allowing in light and creating a spacious atmosphere. A pocket door separates the Kohler toilet from the main space.
Exercise Room – Floor-to-ceiling glass was used for the exercise room walls and door for increased lighting and spaciousness. The glass door with an oversized handle swings both in and out for ease of use.
