Espire Homes and NuPath Homes are excited to return to the Metro Builders Association (MBA) Parade of Homes! This year’s event runs from August 9-September 1, 2025, with our models open for tours Tuesday-Friday from 4PM-8PM and weekends & Labor Day from 11AM-5PM. Parade models are closed on Mondays, except for Labor Day.
