Chris Christenson brings more than 25 years of hands-on experience in residential construction and management to Espire. With a background that includes owning and operating a custom cabinet shop for 20 years and over five years in residential project management, Chris understands every detail that goes into building a quality home.

In his role, Chris oversees the construction process from start to finish, ensuring each home is built with care, precision, and attention to detail. For him, the most rewarding part of the job is seeing an empty lot transform into a place where customers’ visions come to life.

When he is not on-site managing projects, Chris enjoys attending sporting events and concerts and spending time outdoors riding his bike. What Chris appreciates most about working with Espire is being part of a family-focused, team-oriented company that shares his dedication to quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.
