At Espire, our priority is the health and well-being of our customers, vendors, and staff. We’re actively monitoring updates regarding the COVID-19 virus and are following the precautions and guidelines provided by the Metropolitan Builders Association, who has been working with the DHS regarding current and changing policies and procedures.

Updated Open Model Policy

Our model homes are open Saturdays and Sundays 12PM – 4PM or by appointment. Upon arrival, we ask that you complete our health questionnaire and follow our posted social distancing guidelines in order to mitigate the risk of potential exposure/transmission.

VIRTUAL APPOINTMENTS NOW AVAILABLE

To continue serving clients with their new construction and remodeling project needs, the Espire Homes, NuPath Homes, and Renovations Group divisions will all be accepting virtual appointments!

• Using tools like webcams, Facetime, and other video conferencing systems, our sales staff and designers are able to virtually connect with you and discuss all aspects of your new home construction or remodeling projects.

EMPLOYEE HEALTH MEASURES

• Staying at home if they are feeling sick or uncomfortable coming to work
• Washing hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds frequently or use hand sanitizer if not available
• Practicing social distancing 6 feet away from each other
• Maintaining 10 or fewer people in our office and most staff can work remotely
• Hosting virtual appointments or phone calls when possible
• Sanitizing regularly used surfaces/tools and avoiding sharing
