Romana brings a remarkable depth of experience to her role at Espire, having spent 20 years serving her community as a career firefighter, paramedic, and fire instructor. She transitioned into the construction industry as a project manager in restoration and remediation, later expanding her expertise through commercial project management and becoming a window specialist. That foundation of leadership, problem-solving, and adaptability makes her a natural fit for the Espire team. Romana genuinely values the collaborative environment at Espire and the way everyone shows up for one another. Outside of work, she loves spending time outdoors with her three children, fishing, camping, and enjoying life on the water.
