Having been involved in the home building industry for more than 23 years, Daryl understands every aspect from concept to move-in. Daryl had his start in the industry as a New Construction Sales Representative in 1996, where he had the opportunity to grow quickly into the position of Sales Manager. Since then, his experience and expertise in all things building have grown exponentially. His knowledge of the business will put your mind at ease as he guides you through the home building process step-by-step, transforming your dream into a beautiful and functional home while respecting your timeline and budget.

​For almost 20 years, he has been an active member of the Metropolitan Builders Association, serving on numerous committees, including the Parade of Homes Committee, Site Selection Committee, Membership Committee, and the Construction Arbitration Board. Aside from starting Espire with his wife Jenny of 22 years, Daryl enjoys spending time with his three children, who are all active in sports. He also coaches basketball for a local school and select club, taking a great passion for helping the kids become better players by teaching them the importance of focus and growth.

​Daryl graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a bachelor’s degree in business.

Jenny is no stranger to the client-side of home building, as that’s how she first fell in love with the industry. However, she also has more than 20 years of diverse experience within the building industry, from sales and design to warranty claims, having worked in all areas of the building process. Her goal is to leave you with a home that truly represents you and your lifestyle. From functionality concepts to interior design, Jenny has a niche for the creative side of the building process, making sure to consider space and style in your future home.

​Jenny grew up in the North Shore area and currently resides in Delafield, WI, with her husband and business partner, Daryl, along with their three children. She is an active member of the Women’s Soccer Club and enjoys outdoor adventures with her family. In her free time, she also likes to scrapbook, as well as work on other projects that allow for her creativity.

​She has a bachelor’s degree from University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in business administration, with an emphasis in marketing.

Meet Ryan, a project manager for Espire. Ryan comes to Espire with 15 years of experience in remodeling and home renovations, including five and a half years running his own remodeling business. As part of the Espire team, he is responsible for managing the day-to-day jobsite activities, planning and coordinating new builds, and working directly with the customer. Ryan enjoys seeing the transformation of a project from start to finish and working with the customers to build their dream projects! Outside of work he attends Brewers and Bucks games, spends time with his family, and golfs. He’s most excited to be working with the team at Espire!

Meet Haley, Vice President of Espire Homes. With over four years of experience at Espire, Haley’s journey began as a customer herself. Over the years, she’s transitioned through various positions and ultimately became Vice President. Haley’s unique experience working across multiple aspects of the business—from customer interactions to operational management—has shaped her career, giving her a well-rounded perspective on the entire home-building process.

Before joining Espire, Haley gained valuable experience as a subcontractor in rough carpentry and roofing, as well as customer service and accounting. This diverse background has equipped her with an understanding of the industry and an ability to foster collaboration across all departments.

Outside of work, Haley enjoys spending time with her husband and son, embracing the seasons by barefooting on the water in the summer and snowmobiling in the winter. She cherishes Espire’s family-oriented culture, where the well-being of employees and customers always comes first.

As the Director of Sales, William is passionate about helping his clients realize the “American Dream” in designing and building their own homes. He embodies the Espire Homes philosophy of creating a personal, individualized experience for each client by walking with them from the project’s conception to its completion. Outside of his twenty years of home construction experience, William is passionate about nature and enjoys a wide array of outdoor activities including camping, fishing, hiking, and boating.

Danielle is a local real estate agent and new construction professional, specializing in helping customers find the perfect piece of land to build their dream home. With her attention to detail and passion for building lasting relationships, she ensures each home is designed to fit the customer’s unique needs. With a little one of her own, she understands the importance of family and finding a home that suits her customers’ lifestyles. As a licensed Realtor, she facilitates the sale of existing properties to deliver a seamless new build and real estate experience from start to finish. Now, as Selections Manager, she brings her passion for process to ensure every customer’s selections are captured smoothly and their vision is brought to life. In her free time, she loves traveling with her family and spending time on the lake. Family values and Espire’s pride in their work are the reasons Danielle joined the team.

Joe joined the Espire team in December 2021. In his role as the Director of Construction, he helps ensure that each new construction project we undertake for clients stays on track and in line with the homeowner’s vision. Joe uses his prior experience in residential roofing and siding every day. After work, you can find him spending time with his family or playing a round of golf.

As the Director of Production Operations, Shane oversees the production and progress of all pre-construction projects and design coordination. With over five years of experience in new construction as a Project Manager and a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Shane helps keep projects on track. His favorite part about working with Espire is his fantastic colleagues. Shane enjoys getting outside to fish, golf, kayak, and spending time with his family.

Michael is the General Manager for all three divisions of Espire. He brings more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry working on residential, commercial, education, and government projects. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters; enjoying snow skiing, boating, sports, and the outdoors.
