Having been involved in the home building industry for more than 23 years, Daryl understands every aspect from concept to move-in. Daryl had his start in the industry as a New Construction Sales Representative in 1996, where he had the opportunity to grow quickly into the position of Sales Manager. Since then, his experience and expertise in all things building have grown exponentially. His knowledge of the business will put your mind at ease as he guides you through the home building process step-by-step, transforming your dream into a beautiful and functional home while respecting your timeline and budget.

​For almost 20 years, he has been an active member of the Metropolitan Builders Association, serving on numerous committees, including the Parade of Homes Committee, Site Selection Committee, Membership Committee, and the Construction Arbitration Board. Aside from starting Espire with his wife Jenny of 22 years, Daryl enjoys spending time with his three children, who are all active in sports. He also coaches basketball for a local school and select club, taking a great passion for helping the kids become better players by teaching them the importance of focus and growth.

​Daryl graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a bachelor’s degree in business.

Jenny is no stranger to the client-side of home building, as that’s how she first fell in love with the industry. However, she also has more than 20 years of diverse experience within the building industry, from sales and design to warranty claims, having worked in all areas of the building process. Her goal is to leave you with a home that truly represents you and your lifestyle. From functionality concepts to interior design, Jenny has a niche for the creative side of the building process, making sure to consider space and style in your future home.

​Jenny grew up in the North Shore area and currently resides in Delafield, WI, with her husband and business partner, Daryl, along with their three children. She is an active member of the Women’s Soccer Club and enjoys outdoor adventures with her family. In her free time, she also likes to scrapbook, as well as work on other projects that allow for her creativity.

​She has a bachelor’s degree from University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in business administration, with an emphasis in marketing.

Meet Ryan, President of Espire. With 20 years of experience in home remodeling and residential construction, Ryan brings deep industry knowledge and a hands‑on leadership style to the organization. In his role as President, he guides Espire’s strategic direction, supports project teams, and ensures every build reflects the company’s commitment to quality and customer care. Ryan is driven by the excitement of watching a project evolve from concept to completion and takes pride in helping customers bring their dream spaces to life. Outside the office, you’ll find him cheering on the Brewers and Bucks, spending time with his family, or out on the golf course. Ryan is energized by the opportunity to lead the talented team at Espire and continue elevating the customer experience.

Brian oversees field operations, pre-construction, and warranty to ensure every home meets Espire’s standards for quality and execution. With more than 30 years of experience in construction, Brian brings deep industry knowledge and a steady, hands-on approach to managing projects and supporting teams in the field.

Brian began working for a home builder at just 16 years old and continued gaining experience throughout high school and college, building a career rooted in real-world construction operations. What he enjoys most about his role is the daily interactions with coworkers, contractors, and trade partners.

Outside of work, Brian enjoys snowmobiling, fishing, hunting, and spending time with friends and family. His favorite part of being part of the Espire family is the friendly environment and the strong relationships he’s built with his coworkers.

Michael is the Director of Purchasing & Estimating for all three collections of Espire. He brings more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry working on residential, commercial, education, and government projects. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters; enjoying snow skiing, boating, sports, and the outdoors.

Lisa comes to Espire with over 20 years of experience in customer service, sales support, and marketing where she managed print and information distribution for global fortune 500 companies. Her extensive experience in team and project management make her an incredible asset. Lisa enjoys spending time with her husband, Dan, and their daughter at sporting events, concerts, or outdoors. She received a bachelor’s degree in communication from St. Norbert College in DePere, WI.

Kristin comes to Espire Homes with over 25 years of experience in the Education and Training Management field where she managed the training and development of new staff on a regional level while directing and running a school in the Lake County area. Her strong leadership, team-building, and organizational skills ensure that our customers receive VIP status in all aspects of the home building process. Kristin’s favorite pastime is going on adventures indoor and outdoors with her husband, Chad, and their three daughters. She received a bachelor’s degree in education from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire.

Chris serves as Director of Procurement at Espire, overseeing trade relations and all purchasing functions and systems. With experience building homes throughout the country and a background working with several of the top ten builders nationwide, he brings a wealth of industry knowledge to the role. Chris is passionate about partnering with trades to build quality homes and genuinely values the family-oriented environment that makes Espire a special place to work. Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time with family, getting lost in a good book, and serving at his church.
