Brian oversees field operations, pre-construction, and warranty to ensure every home meets Espire’s standards for quality and execution. With more than 30 years of experience in construction, Brian brings deep industry knowledge and a steady, hands-on approach to managing projects and supporting teams in the field.

Brian began working for a home builder at just 16 years old and continued gaining experience throughout high school and college, building a career rooted in real-world construction operations. What he enjoys most about his role is the daily interactions with coworkers, contractors, and trade partners.

Outside of work, Brian enjoys snowmobiling, fishing, hunting, and spending time with friends and family. His favorite part of being part of the Espire family is the friendly environment and the strong relationships he’s built with his coworkers.
