Cheryl serves as Operations Manager, overseeing projects from pre-construction through handoff to ensure seamless coordination and construction readiness. With extensive commercial and healthcare construction experience, a master’s degree in Business Management, and multiple industry certifications, she is excited to support a custom home builder committed to quality, integrity, and lasting relationships while helping families bring their dream homes to life. Outside of work, Cheryl enjoys traveling, hiking, reading, flying with her husband, Jeff, in a homebuilt airplane, and adventuring with her family in their homebuilt square-drop travel trailer. She also volunteers with EAA Chapter 18’s Young Eagles events and serves on the parish council at St. James Catholic Church.
