OUR STORY
Our passion for building began in the 90s, with the construction of our first home. We completely fell in love with the process from concept to creation and were immediately drawn to the industry. Not wanting the experience to end, we dove head-first into construction by opening our newly-built home as a model, inviting others into our lives to see the joys of home building firsthand.
Since that time, Jenny and I have gained over 47 years of combined home building know-how. We realized that together with our passion and knowledge, we could create an incomparable home building experience for clients. It’s an experience built on trust, our capability to listen, and ability to relate to each one of our clients’ dreams. From this, Espire was born, offering new custom home and renovation services. And now, we’re building industry partnerships to serve homeowners even more thoroughly.

Using the best in new technology, we can help you envision your home as it stands when the project is complete. More than simple renderings, 3D software allows you to virtually “walk through” the home and get a feeling for the flow, the form, and the function of the future layout.
