Updated Open Model Policy

Our model homes are open Saturdays and Sundays 12PM – 4PM or by appointment. Upon arrival, we ask that you follow our posted social distancing guidelines in order to mitigate the risk of potential exposure/transmission.

  • Masks will be required for all staff and guests
  • A maximum of 10 guests allowed in each model at the same time
  • We ask that guests enter at the front door and exit through the garage
  • Model homes are being regularly sanitized

  • If you wish to tour our model homes virtually, you can do so using our interactive online 3D virtual tours.
